Who we are
Greenprastha Technologies Private Limited (“Greenprastha”, “we”) develops and manufactures separators for alkaline water electrolysers. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through greenprastha.com and our related services, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
- Forms: when you request samples or the datasheet, or send an enquiry, we collect your name, company, role, work email, phone, country, company type, electrolyser details, your message, whether you need an NDA, the page you sent it from and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed.
- Document access: records of NDA acceptance and downloads, so that we can protect confidential material.
- Website usage: privacy-preserving, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human without tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, supply samples, documents and services, and manage our relationship with your organisation.
- To protect confidential information and keep our services secure.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act. We never sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in Mumbai, India (Supabase), with access restricted to our team. We are notified of each submission by email through our email provider (Resend). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers act on our instructions and may process technical data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to privacy@greenprastha.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site, plus privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
