How it works

From casting line to your receiving dock

    Lot created

    Each roll gets a unique lot number and an unguessable verification token at casting.

  2. 02

    Release testing

    Thickness, ionic resistance, bubble point, tensile strength and an in-line defect scan, against specification.

  3. 03

    Certificate issued

    A certificate of analysis with test values, method and sign-off, carrying its own verification code.

  4. 04

    Labelled & shipped

    A roll label with product, lot, dimensions and a QR code, traceable through every shipment.

  5. 05

    Verified on arrival

    Scan the QR to confirm the roll is genuine and see its release status in seconds.
